Well, I bought a Comfort Cruise Solo Seat and added a modified Comfort Cruise Passenger Seat for a Roadliner/Stratoliner. I did not take pictures as I went along because the mod was crazy and wasn't sure if I was going to end up just scrapping it. But finally made it work. The Stratoliner seat is 2-1/2" to long, so I had to pull back leather and do some major seat shortening mods. Took me 8 hours. This seat is extremely soft and cushiony & wide. My wife has little boney ass butt and was not liking the stock or custom cruise seat for the stryker on long rides. So this will be all worth it for her, but I would never recommend anyone else or myself to do this project again even though it did turn out near perfect. Yes it does fit well with the backrest, just got ride er back home and put the it on.

It looks good. I feel your seat pain, I did a stock seat mod in which I cut the passenger seat off the stock seat and had to restreach the leather and sew seams in the rear corners. it came out all right, but it was alot of work and almost had to scrap the whole seat at one point.

Thanks Guys, I would really like to see one of those mustang seats in person. I didn't tell you all that I spent 2 of those 8 hours just looking, measuring and deciding just how in the **** I was going to cut 2-1/2" off that seat.

Wow great job, my wife's complaining as well about the seat. (on the other hand, wifes always find something to complain about)

Hey question, where did you get those black thingies to cover the silver colored backrest hardware!!??

I hear ya on the Wife Complaining LOL. I got the screw covers from Advance Auto Parts store. They have them in 4 packs of either black or chrome.

Any seat is better than the stock seats. I rode the mustang last night for awhile (finally a decent night). It kinda reminds me of a Gold wing seat. I adjusted it for a slight layed back position and just cruised the country roads killing bugs! Never an ounce of pain. Sweet seat on a sweet ride. This bike is so nice to drive. With the drilled exhaust just playing the perfect tune in my helmet i could have rode off into the sunset!
