Installing my PCS lowering kit and progressive rear spring today. Comparison of the 2 springs:

And the dog bones:

I also figured out why I couldn't seem to adjust my rear spring. There are burrs under the tabs that hang up on the notched plate. I thought maybe some others on here that can't seem to get it adjusted may have a similar problem:

I got the kit installed this afternoon and took her for a ride. I set it on the 2 1/4" setting, and with the Dunlop 240 it really looks a lot better. I've always hated the rear fender on this bike, but with the bigger tire and the drop, it definitely fits better.

The progressive spring is nice. Smooths out the rougher roads, and doesn't pop me off the seat hitting bigger bumps anymore. Getting the shock out was harder than I thought it was gonna be but wasn't too bad.

Anyway, I'm 74" and 195lbs and I'm not having any problems with the Dunlop 240 with 2 1/4" drop. I don't run 2 up so I can't speak for that but it would probably scrape on larger bumps as I got it to do it once (was trying to). Dragged the peg once, but that's not much different than stock tire on stock height.

Next is the PCS forward controls extension. Should be here on the 27th ;-)
