There's a thread that addressed this but I couldn't find it but I know some of y'all were wondering if you could lower the bike with the PCS Connectors when running a 250. The answer is yes and no. I have the Avon 250 and added the PCS lowering connectors today. I elected to go with 1" because if I had gone 2" I would have had to remove the upper belt guard entirely. Dropping it 1" required no trimming at all.

So it was pretty ovious that the belt guard was going to be a issue , how much trimming would you half to do ?

Remember, this is with the Avon 250 as these tires have different dimensions. The tech and I looked at it together and we agreed so much trimming would have been necessary it would have had to come off all together. Other than the upper belt guard no other mods would have been necessary with the Avon 250. I'll get pics posted tomorrow.

what are these extra holes for what would happen if you dropped your suspession down into these holes ?

Couldn't tell ya, sorry, I didn't get under the bike with the tech, he just showed me what I up against I'd I wanted to go lower

put about 150 miles on the bike today, don't know what it is but this is the most comfortable position for me by far.
