It was an awesome meet. We had 9 Strykers - woohoo! 1 Roadliner, 2 Raiders and 1 Harley and a total of 13 people. Actually 14 people if you count Johnboy who made the partial ride. It was great meeting everyone and I want to thank Josh for helping for get this going and Fujums for finding the place to meet. Lets definitely do this again!
Here are some pics.

A few of us met up in Yorkville and rode to Elgin.

Good time today and really cool to see some Stryker cousins. Let's do it again.
You bet we will. Maybe next time we can go a little further south and get some of the southern Illinois folks to join. I know Nogard and Amanda would like this. ;)

Great meeting everybody and putting names and faces to bikes/forum names.
Now if I could only remember all of them...
Those senior moments are becoming more and more frequent!!

Nice ride out there even though the wind came along uninvited.

And I agree, the mod list just got a little deeper ;D

That's awesome. Hopefully we can get some other get-togethers in different parts of the country!
That would be great. Hubby and I are considering Maggie Valley next year, we just don't want to ride that far. Considering renting a trailer, but have no truck. :-\ Don't know how we can do this, but we are looking into options.

Thats right you have a truck. ;) Just need to know what your towing capacity is, then we can look for a trailer. ;D

With our truck we can pull just about anything out there. But I guess that doesn't do you any good Patrice since we are 10 hours apart and both heading south. I'm hoping to pickup a trailer this winter and go to Maggie Valley next year as well. 10 hours one way is a bit far for a first time road trip.....maybe not for Toby..but we got to get our feet wet first.

Thanks, but yes if we rode out your way we might as well go all the way. :-\ I'm with you, I don't know about such a long road trip.

500 miles a day is no big deal on these bikes, get a communication system and the miles just tick away, my buddy and I used the scala g4 for the ride to Vegas, we stopped every day after about 500 miles but I wasn't physically or mentally tired, but we did have some really random conversations and played some stupid highway games like tossing each other Sprees at 80 mph

It would be great to have all of you make Maggie Valley...plus be able to enjoy some of the great riding once you get there...oh did I mention the jacuzzi after a long days ride at the hotel...and the first drink is on me....ok not actually on me but I'll buy it... :D
