Anybody know anything about this tire?

Most user reviews rate them as pretty good tires. Most were impressed with the handling / braking performance of the tire and how it rode. In the reviews I do see that a lot of people note that tread life was approximately 5,000 miles or so. Obviously air pressures, style of riding, and road conditions affect mileage.

Don't know anyone personally the runs one on their bike. And only have seen one on the road so can't say much about them. But I would be interested in more info. But if they get average 5,000 miles I'm thinking not a good deal for the price. Interesting tire tread pattern though.

The Pirellis seem popular with the HD crowd and tend to be in stock for that reason.
