Have not heard of that but while you can "chrome" plastic I'm thinking the powder coating would be iffy. I think the normal stuff bakes at like 400 degrees for a decent amount of time...Have you guys tested it? There is a low temp powder coat but I am having a hard time buying it.

I went with 3. I think that gave it the best look. I talked to my paint guy the other day and going to have him redo it professionally when I get my tins and fairing painted satin black this winter.Speaking of which.... how many coats did you end up using?
