Is the black oval on the side of the tank vinyl too.

it's all plasti-dip bordered with tape. i used a lace pattern for top of tank.

kinda cheapy d.i.y. style, but created enough uniqueness for me. plus i can peel/clean it all off and still have factory paint/graphics intact.

a simple way to try different looks without committing to a full on paint project (which i'm still considering of course) eace:
