Problem starting this morning

Normally when I hit the starter, it will fire up after .5 - 1 seconds. But this morning it seemed like the starter was having a rough time - almost like the battery was nearly dead. I just rode it yesterday so I know the battery didn't loose it's charge. Same thing happened when I fired it up to go to lunch a few hours ago. Anybody else ever experience this?

Yeah, I probably should. Started up just fine for the ride home.
