I saw a couple mentions of this in older posts but I am wondering if anyone else can weigh in on how many labor hours they were charged. I had mine installed tody and was charged for 4.5 hours. I raised a little bit of **** with the clerk and was told that 4.5 hours is what the service manager told her to charge. He wasn't in so i wasn't able to address it with him, but I'll be going back there later this week.

My dealer told me the repair program say 3-3.5 hours. I plan to do mine myself though.

If they can't do this job in 1 1.5 hrs........................stop going there. Ripoff artists. IMHO
