Pushback handle bars for Stryker? 2-3"

So the main issue I have remaining... is the handle bars are just a little out of reach for me... I would rather sit back and cruise... I know there are endless aftermarket suggestions, but I need someone who has done this.. for the same reach reasons as me.

I need to know if certain bars work for sure, clear the gas tank on turns... if they need any extensions for the lines etc... so if you have done this, or no someone who has...

please point me in the right direction
