It came to my attention today that the mounting hardware for my passenger quick release backrest has come up missing does anyone have any idea where online I could find just the hardware? I can find the whole assembly just not individual parts. Going to call my local dealer tomorrow and see what they say but I figured I would see if anyone had any ideas now.

The part number is 27D-F84A0-P0-00. Specifically it is the rear mounting bolt / round metal thing that has come up missing.

In case anyone else has a similar issue you might try calling National Cycle Inc. Apparently they supply Yamaha with some of the star accessories so I was able to get the part directly from them; I couldn't get the hardware from the dealer or by calling Yamaha directly so perhaps this will be useful to someone else.

wow... i wonder what other hardware they supply and what all you can get for spare parts. that may help some of us with custom making parts
