Raised License Plate and LED frame

While I wait for more commercialized options to move the tag to the side, I decided to clean up the rear. Did this today from start to finish in 90 minutes, thanks to Mr. Monte's awesome write up (http://www.yamahastarstryker.com/index.php/topic,982.0.html). Gotta give credit where it's due.
