I thought I read on here that someone threaded their rear axle. I searched for it and couldn't find anything. I'm just trying to figure what size tap they used.

There was someone that threaded it to mount a sidemount bracket?

I believe so. I have an Idea in my head for something but the bike is at home and I'm at work where the taps are.

Yosemite - Looks like the hole ID. is .485", just under 1/2", hope thats what you need.

You can convert a measurement to whatever you want,,,Whitworth, ya that'll work.
