So are the rear fender struts fake. I was thinking about taking mine off. Anybody got any pics with them off of the stock fender. I searched but could not find any pic.

They are plastic and serve no purpose other than looks.

That's an easy fix, just use a bunch of washers to fill in the gap

I thought my sissy bar might not fit right without a washer. Guess I will have to see how it looks. Might need a small rubber washer so spacer will not scratch paint?
