So I mentioned this on another post, but I'll put pics here.
Basicly what happened was I had the low and mean lowering kit, then put on a dunlop elite 3 250 tire.
When I lowered the bike off the lift I noticed that with weight on the bike the frame was rubbing the tire slightly.
So instead of going back to the stock spring I ground the part of the frame down that was rubbing the tire. Pretty much the whole lower length of the frame, shown in the pics.
Now there is enough room for the tire to go into the frame with out hitting anything. I even bounced the bike hard enough to bottom out the shock and the tire cleared everything. In all it took a hour of just grinding.
Now with the tire and the lowering kit, the bike sits pretty close to stock height.
