My girlfriend bought a 15 and when i tryed it i found that the rear suspension rode like rigid,kicking me and made my back hurt like (*&?
Is there a fix ? Is it normal ?

You can soften the preload spring. But yes these do ride rough. There use to be an Air shock available not sure if it still is or if it helps.

Its interesting you say that - I feel like mine rides pretty well. When I first rode it home after buying it I thought it was the softest riding bike I had ever been on - then I checked the air in the tires and saw that that dealer had them underinflated 🤦‍♂️. Still fairly smooth though, imo
