rearend crap cutout

this is how my stryker turned out after adding the side mount plate, cobra swept pipes and cutting out the rearend crap.

Leaving the plate on kept the plastic from moving while we cut it so we got a nice clean cut of the plastic and it required very little sanding to take away rough edges. Correct me if i'm wrong... Did you cut the crap with it still on the bike and then put the plate on the bracket to mark the line to cut?
