Snap-on would be top of the line and only ones I have in my Shop. I own Engine Rebuilding Business and correct Torque is critical. For home use it might be on the expensive side though. Mac or Proto are good names. Maybe Craftsman or S&K would be lowest end I would trust for home use.

For home use go with craftsman that way you have lifetime warranty. Make sure its going to do the correct specks like the exhaust bolts i know the get done at 14lbs not sure what the highest one is.

If your using one for a buisness then spend the extra money. But if you only use one once in a blue moon like I do then the ones at Harbor Freight are the best for the price. Thats where I bought mine and have never had a problem.

This is all you need for a bike. It's 3/8 drive for the tighter places... it is adjustable from 10-80 foot pounds... and is very inexpensive.

Neiko 03705A Adjustable Torque Wrench -3/8"Dr. 120-960 inch-pound

I also picked up a Torque Driver for doing the clutches ... much easier the a bulky long torque wrench,

Wiha 28501 TorqueVario-S Torque Screwdriver 15-80 Inch Ounces

I am a true believer in high end tools... such as Matco and Snap-on... but for things like torque wrenches that the average user only uses 2 times a year... cost prohibited.
