I have a 2011 stryker with cobra swept exhaust and power commander v auto tuner. I removed baffles from exhaust. Bike seems to be running fine but has a lil backfire when I let off of gas. Will this hurt my bike or do I need to have anything else done to bike to tune it right?

Will not hurt the bike. The stock pipes backfire too, just more muffled.

Have you looked at the steps here to generate a good map for your PCV unit using the auto tune?
The steps posted in that link seem to follow a logical process and easy enough to follow.

The PCV is not an auto tuner, It will not make auto adjustments. U need the second unit a separate autuner. Everytime you make changes you have to drop in on a dyno. or it will run like ship. cost you more $$ in the long run.
