Hey, maybe a dumb question, but does anyone have any ideas on removing the burrs after drilling the baffles ??? I want to paint with High Temp paint but want the 5 1/2" additional holes in each pipe to be as clean as possible.

You can buy a good bur bit on Amazon or go and get a few from home depot. 3 or 4 cheap ones may last you 5 minutes.

If you have a dremmel, I am sure you can use it to clean up the holes.

Run the same drill back in the holes and go back and forth at high rpm. It will act like a file.

Use a curved file that fits the hole. It'll make short work of the job.
