Looks like a rock or something hit my rear wheel and scraped off some paint and metal.

I'm thinking of covering it up with paint http://www.duplicolor.com/products/scratchFix

Is there a specific paint code for the wheel?

Cant help you on the paint but i had a couple of spots like that and just used a permanent black marker on those spots. Issue solved...

Same here...permanent marker is the way to go as it's cheap, quick, easy, and works. You're fighting a losing battle trying to paint that stuff. You'll get new scrapes and scratches on the lip of your wheels every time you swap tires. Also, when a shop uses wheel clamps to help secure the bike on their lifts it often will take paint off the lip of the wheels.
