My other ride is a dodge hemi truck (12mpg) so I ride my Stryker as after as possible to save gas and money. If I drive the bike everyday to work it saves me around 220 bucks a month. Just so happens it's tons o fun.
I have the same setup. I have a Dodge Ram with a 5.9 liter V8. 13mpg. Stryker saves me lots of cash with gas.midlifecrisis said:My other ride is a dodge hemi truck (12mpg) so I ride my Stryker as after as possible to save gas and money. I'm totally with ya' on this one man! My V10 Viper truck costs me an easy $100 in gas to commute to and from work vs my Stryker at only like $13 for the same 5-day commute..... not to mention riding a bike is so much more enjoyable to ride. 8)midlifecrisis said:My other ride is a dodge hemi truck (12mpg) so I ride my Stryker as after as possible to save gas and money. Same here - have a jeep 4x4 and round trip to work is about 90 miles. have to fill the jeep every other day which equals (today anyway !!) about $58 bucks. Drive the bike as much as possible - fill it everyday for about $10. Plus - as you said - it's a whole lot more fun!midlifecrisis said:My other ride is a dodge hemi truck (12mpg) so I ride my Stryker as after as possible to save gas and money. Raven said:I use the bike to work whenever I can because like everyone said its a lot cheaper than my other rides. I have a 05 Jeep Tj and an 09 Toyota Tundra...both of which have a small lift, big tires, and a thirsty engine!
