I want to replace the boulevard windshield with a replacement from rifle.com. I'm 6'1 and while I know they won't be as good as a touring windshield I just want something to help with highway winds.

I just got back from my first ride with the 15" Rifle shield. At 5'10 I thought that size shield would push everything over the top of my helmet. Not so...I'm getting more wind buffeting than I expected. At 6'-1 you'll need the 17" shield for sure.

I have the 13" rifle on now, useless and i'm 5'10". Just ordered the 17" one.

Went to local glass shop and had them cut me a longer shield. Have not had a chance to ride..............snow everywhere.
It's 1/8" lexan
15.5" tall from cut-out
20" at widest point.

Cowboy, can you post a pic of the 15" on your bike? I am 5'7" and wondering if the 15" would be good for me? Where are you getting hit with the wind using the 15". I also may be interested in purchasing yours if you are now going to buy the 17".

15" Boulevard. I cut 1-1/2" off both sides.

Anyone ever used one of these? They are similar to the rifle shields. The way they are bent makes me think they would deflect more wind. I'd love to see a pic

3" taller. You will still get bugs on faceshield, but mostly keeps wind off chest.

Hey Bozzly, I just put on the 15" Rifle on my bike and I'm 5'7" and I'm happy with it. I haven't had a chance to ride with my half helmet yet due to weather, but the wind buffeting is gone from my head. I just have a slightly increase noise level at speeds over 70mph.

Will do, and hopefully I can get some pics with me on the bike this weekend. To answer your line of sight question, for me I sit over the top so it doesn't interfere with my view at all.

Photo of 15" clear. I go about 5'10". For me it's brutal at freeway speeds but tolerable for rural rural/city riding. I get blasted on the forehead and can really feel it in my neck after awhile. I plan on taking a 1000+ mile trip this summer and will go taller for sure.
