Road from OC to San Francisco via Pacific Coast Hwy

This is my second time riding to San Francisco. The first time I took the 5 all the way which was pretty boring. I had told myself if I ever road again to SF that I would take PCH instead. Wow what a great ride, the view and the twisty roads were amazing.

The route I took ended up taking me 14 hours and 51 mins.

Cool ride......took almost the same route last year some time.....from San Jose to Ventura.......
Big Sur portion was awesome......

Next time you ride through Half Moon Bay you gotta stop at Cameron's Pub. There are rooms for the night, great food, and lots of beer

Cool pics. 14 hours is a lot a saddle time. Is that the Kuryakyn grand tour bag?

Yes, good eye

Since I don't have a sissy bar, I use the seat mounting pad and the extra straps to mount it. It works great for back support.

Reminds me of the route I took back in 91 from Seattle to TJ Mexico and back. The following yr I went form Olympia to Juneau.
