Derek & I have been dialing this in. Looks we will meet in Rancho San Diego (South of El Cajon) on Jamacha where the 94/Campo road starts at the Edwards Cinemas. Meet/greet at 11am, ride out at 11:30 sharp. Heading East on the 94 towards Lyons Valley Rd.. probably 1.5-2hr run as Derek mentioned.
PS: Derek if you want to bump up the start time to accommodate soysaucer I’m ok with that…

Glad you picked Sunday and not Saturday. If the master scheduler allows, I would like to meet a few of you cats and go for a ride. Probably a 1.5 - 2 hour ride from OC to Rancho San Diego but I did not buy it to be a garage queen.

Ok we are on for Sunday, looks like we have Soysaucer, Derek, and myself, as well as Strykerback coming down from Orange County. I’m also bringing along another Stryker owner Peter who is not yet on our forum, as well as a Victory rider and my buddy who has a VStar. I think Derek has some guys too, should be quite a pack.
Meet/greet time: 11am

ok i have mapped out 2 different rides....
i didn't realize the 1st ride i was thinking of was so short....
so ive went ahead and mapped out 2 different rides....
1 longer ride and 1 shorter ride....
im up for either one. we can modify the route as we go if you guys would like.
i know the back roads very well so we can either add and make the ride longer or shorter depending how everyone is feeling.
first route.... aka shorter ride.... APROX 40-45 MILES AND 1-1.5HRS
meeting spot will be parking lot of the edwards cinemas movie theater
in the spot i marked below...

and here is the 2nd ride.... aka the longer ride... APROX. 100-110 MILES AND 2.5-3HR RIDE
meeting place will be off 8 east, exit lake jennings and meet at the burger king parking lot.
addy for burger king is....

exit japatul
left onto 79
and then continue onto old hwy 80 til buckman springs rd.
make right onto buckman springs road
take buckman all the way down to the 94 and take the 94 back

Derek, it’s too late to change the meeting place, I’ve already told riders that aren’t on this forum where our location & time is going to be. Keep it in RSD, there are many directions we can go to extend this out, including up to Lake Cuyamaca, ect..

lol. no way. im all about the back roads.yeah yeah, these routes look great!
so happy u didn't plan a parade route or...
gunnin from light to light in the middle of pacific beach like the hardcore sportbike cool kids doi'm just not on that level :tongue:

another purposed route... this will take us into julian and will be a nice back road sunday ride.

Fun riding with u as well.
I only got 1 pic later on in the ride after u had left.
I think terry got some good pics. Maybe he will post them up.
I also know terry had the gopro and got some great footage which I can't wait to see!
Ill keep u posted as to when the next ride will be.
