Still not done yet, but this will be a build thread until its finished.

I picked up a used exhaust off the forum and figured i would do some chopping

After about 10 dremel blades i brought in the big dog hack saw.... Then after 2 hours of cutting the top one finally came off.

Still have to remove the bottom but it shouldnt be too hard with the other one out of the way. I cut it after the brackets that hold the heat shields. The shields cover the cut.

i will be removing the slanted tips as well and putting them onto the cut portion to help clean up the look.

Hopefully they sound good and not too loud. I figured with cutting it after the CaT it might help. My weekends are Sunday Monday so I hope to finish most of it this weekend. Stay Tuned

I want the V&H but i just dont wanna spend the money lol. I still have my stock exhaust so I can still do a side by side. When its completed ill take comparison pics.

Looks great! Cool concept! Too be honest, I'm too afraid to try anything like this on my own, but that's mainly b/c I don't have the cash to back it up if I make a mistake. Looks good though. Can't wait to see the finished product.

Def need a sound clip. Thats pretty much all I wanted with a custom exhaust but couldnt find anyone to do it for a decent price. This would be awesome if it sounds as good as it looks!!!!

Hey schimbo before you would the tips on check out the reaper tips for the raider.. they need welded on to and would look sick on that set up.. just my 2 cents

Got most of it completed. Ive since fixed the fitment on the bottom tip so it is flush like the top one. all thats left is to have them welded on. pics coming in 5
