Been researching various mods and found a couple of interesting suppliers.
http://www.mrmetric.com/ has a great selection of metric screws and bolts at a great price. But the best part is a fixed $6 USPS shipping for small orders. You can buy one each of ten different screws and not pay an arm and a leg for shipping & handling.
While looking for a USB power supply I found these guys http://www.powerwerx.com/. They have some really interesting modular 12 volt DC power solutions. I have seen their modular connectors used in UPSes. I used one from a dead UPS to create a quick disconnect for a battery charger for my son's CB550. They also have a USB power adapter for $20.
