I should have 2 others to join us. Just need to coordinate meeting times for Saturday and hope the weather continues to cooperate. Last I checked the rain percentage went down but we also lost 2 degrees. Time to start breaking out the warmer riding gear.

Have not see the current bike so will be nice on Saturday. So far looks decent at 67 degrees and partly cloudy. Hope it stays that way. Tested out a warmer jacket tonight and it worked nice. Still need to get "real" biker stuff but want to see what some people have first since some of the leathers are $$$...

Well, my rear tire is off with a slow leak of some kind. Getting it swapped tomorrow. I may have jacked up my shock, however, trying to adjust it. We'll see how it goes and if I'm able to get on it any time soon.

Bummer on the rear end "stuff". Got a nail myself last week and spent a lot of time going back-n-forth from plugging to replacing. In the end I took the gamble and plugged it but I had a lot of input from people including my MSF instructor.
In the end I might just get a new tire next year(can get the 240 delivered for the dealer's 210 price) but I'm really torn up on the choice. I get the negative "possibilities" with a plugged tire but nothing is guaranteed one way or the other so for the moment I'm watching it. In the end I'm still talking about $300 which I know my safety's not worth but still...
If I do replace, 240 all the way, and a good tire plug kit w/ pump since a tow would easily cover that and just a good thing to have with you in case anyone on the ride encounters problems. I mean I have the whole deal for my bicycle so why not the motorcycle...
I got home last time and didn't notice the slow leak/flat till the morning so dogged a bullet there. I'm 100% Irish so we waver back-n-forth between Murphy's Law and Luck of the Irish!
