We a proud to announce that the Low and Mean V Star 950 got on the cover of the September issue of RoadBike magazine and our Diego Sanchez Stryker got a full page in the J&P Cycle advertisement. This coverage not only helps us build more product for you all, but helps build the cool reputation our Star motorcycles stand for. Thank you to RoadBike for the great coverage and please stop at your local news stand and pick up a copy to read the 5 page article on this Sweepstakes motorcycle. http://www.roadbikemag.com/home/

Not a big fan of low and mean using our forum to advertise their business. Maybe offer all members here at least a 20% for being on this forum and promoting your business. Low and mean will get more exposure and generate more money.

This forum has promoted the sales of the Stryker and I think low and mean is taking advantage of this monetarily. So I rightfully ask that low and mean offers members of this forum discounts for been members and for associating with this forum and the others it's affiliated with.

Quit being a DF Sico! Great job L&M!!! L&M has been here since the start of this Forum and has been very Instrumental in Giving us Great Mod Ideas. Easy to think that all vendors are overpriced until you see what bills have to be paid every month. And next fabing molds and laying the fiberglaas is not done by machine and if it was Machinery cost would be very high. Again- Great Job Low & Mean!!!

I think I've been a member for a little over a year now and L&M has done at least 2 full line group buys with huge discounts and every new product has been offered at a discount. These guys have brought more to our bikes than anybody.

My sentiments exactly. I don't know who the **** is helping us with body mods if it ain't L&M. Keep up the awesome work and I can't wait to see the headlight stuff you're working on ;)

I was congratulating. I shouldnt have to wait for a group to decide to buy before I get a discount or find 10 people that want the same stuff I want from low and mean. I also never once said low and mean has not designed nice stuff for Stryker
.
As a member of this forum and entitled to my opinions just like other vendors that have acknowledged this forum and have offered me 15 to 25 percent discount on my exhaust, tuner and tires I am asking that low and mean offer additional discount to forum members for individual buys. It can be done. it's the what if. they already have high prices, it's the law of sply and demand. discounts are enticing, and people will talk. I shouldn't, have to wait for you to have money and want to get the same mod I want for your Stryker to get a discount.

otherwise keep it up LM.

I've been drinking enough to ruffle some feathers here and since no one else is saying anything.....

You're not congratulating. Quit pretending. When you open your own shop and make **** from scratch, then you can set your own low ball prices and rip yourself off for ungrateful would-be customers who run their mouth. Yes, the chin scoop is expensive as **** for such a simple piece. But have you seen one in person? The fiberglass quality and build actually surprised me. The fit is exact and it's sturdy as a rock (their front fender however pales by comparison but that's another story). The mesh and the glue suck but that's a seperate purchase if you don't want it. They seem to have put a butt load of time and effort into the chin scoop and priced it accordingly.

If you don't like the price of something because you simply can't afford it or are just plain cheap (Im not interested in knowing which and its none of my business) don't rain on L&M's parade so you can gripe.

And your supply and demand just doesn't make sense. If people are willing to pay what L&M asks, which they are, then the price works. Theres a demand at the current cost, so they supply it.

This reply is probably way overboard, but honestly man, your comments just struck me wrong.

I can't afforf there stuff. I wish I could. I haven't seen any of it in person, but that chin scoop looks amazing in the pictures I've seen. I am sure their production costs are high, and they need to make a profit. If they didn't, then they wouldn't be there next year with more parts. It is a business. Where I work, we build cars that sell for $180,000. And there is over a year waiting list. Custom costs money. I just have to admire their product from a distance. But hey.. Christmas will be here before we know it... there might be a chin scoop on my list.. Great job L&M!!!!! Getting on the cover of a magazine is a great accomplishment. Keep up the good work.

Kudos to L&M. That is a cool bike and really shows what you can do with the Metric platform over the "bolt on more chrome" HD crowd.

Related to their involvement here and pricing, I think it is great. Their product promotion really sold me on buying the Stryker in the first place. They are a business and being here allows them to help others, to see what is wanted for our bikes, and provide info on what they have to us. I think we are lucky that they are active here.
