Brought my bike in for the 600 mile service, called and they said you don t need an appt. Show up and the guy says did you make an appt, this is at 9 am, said no, he said ok we will call when its ready, I call them at 330 and he says ur next I will call you when its done, they close at 6pm so I drive over cause I didn t recieve a call, walk in at 550 and they are just sitting on their [email protected]@[email protected] and say we will get to it first thing in the am, will never use this place again, had to keep control seeing is how they will be working on my bike, not easy for me to do, glad I will be doing the rest of the services myself.

I agree I should have, I have used them a couple of times before and they were awesome, I also bought the bike there and had a good experiance, its hard to find the time for this stuff with my schedule, but I 100% agree with you.

I just got back from going to Sharps Motorsports in Amarillo TX today.. I took mine in for its breakin service and it feels like a new bike. the clutch feels great the loud gearbox is even quieter... the customer service here was good too... dropped it off at 9am and picked it up at 1130am... i am pleased ;D
