I have had this helmet for one year and have kept it in perfect condition. There are no nics, grooves, or scratches at all in the helmet or the visors. You can't go wrong with Shoei helmets, the comfort level. This particular helmet is the most comfortable I have ever worn. It is also the most quiet.
Aside from being a Shoei, the best part about buying this helmet is it comes with three (CW-1) visors. 1) Standard clear oem visor that is shipped with the helmet originally. It's shatterproof and in perfect condition. 2) Pinlock clear anti-fog visor, also shatterproof and in perfect condition. Normally, the visor itself is $50 and the insert is $35. 3) Silver/Mirrored visor (my favorite), also shatterproof and in perfect condition.
Comes with everything that was original; visor, helmet bag, owners manual, and box.
