I have a fixed short chrome backrest without the mounting bolts or spacers for sale. I picked this up for the back pad that i needed so it will not come with a back pad either.

If you purchase this you will need to get a back pad and some mounting bolts and spacers. You can probably find some spacers and bolts in your local hardware store that will match up. I didn't look too much into it since I really had no need.
