As the title states. should I buy a 250 tire instead of a 240 that I was planning on. I can do the little bit of grinding that will be needed to fit the 250. It would be for a dunlop elite 3, and my local dealer is having a sale this weekend. Is it worth getting the bigger size even though the rim will squeeze it a little more?
should I buy a 250 instead of a 240 if it is half off?

It'll be fine so long as you don't lower it at all

Might not be able to trim enough to get the Elite tire in there lowered that much

I have the dunlop 250 lowered on 2.25 pcs links. You can do it but be ready to trim some things.
