I've been looking to get a new bullet style headlight and am hovering around the 5 1/2" to 6" size. I know with the tri-bar, I'll need the HM2 bracket. I know there are a bunch on here that have the demons installed. If you could post pictures of your bike so I can get a feel of what it'll look like. I think the 4 1/2" look a little small imo.

I'm interested in this also, and has any one installed an after market light and were able to use the Memphis shades bullet fairing.

Make sure you use this headlight bracket. Dennis Kirk has them in stock, it's only $15 and mounts perfect. Just so you know, the light output is not going to near as good as stock but it does make the bike look more aggressive.

Man, plasti dip must be the shiznit! Just kidding, it seems to be pretty versatile. I'm actually thinking of spraying it reddish copper to match the bike. I think that would look tight.

So here's a noob question for you all. Tri-bar headlights, is there any benefit to them or is it just for looks?

Don't go with the 4.5". Mine is 5.5" diameter and it looks just right. Went with the hm2 mounting bracket

I have this one, it's great. Light output is a little scattered but it looks nice. Here's a tip. There are two wires but if you remove the lens there is a ground wire inside, unbolt that ground wire and remove the plug that came with it and the wires. The oem plug can be disassembled, just take a picture of it so you know what position the wires are at. Stick a small (glasses screwdriver) into the grooves while wiggling the wire and it will come out, then route them into the headlight grommet and put the oem plug back on so that way you don't have to splice any wires.

I've been looking at this light. It's 7" like the ours, but is 9" long.

Yes, thanks for the tip on this mount. Can you take a picture of it. The one on Denniskirk doesn't really show it very well. What did you do with all the wiring that was in the original bucket?

Not sure.....got it on ebay probably 6 months ago. Ill try to look back and see
