Has anyone else noticed their shift and brake levers becoming slick when getting caught in the rain? Mine did, so I painted clear plasti-dip on them, about three layers worth. so far, so good. Seems to be providing good grip on the levers.

I havent noticed that on mine. But keep me posted o. The plati-dip and how long it takes to wear off. If it does at all

Will do. I use the plasti-dip on my knife handles, and it does not come off easily. But... the handles are dipped, it is not brushed on. Will see as time goes on.

Couldn't you get 12 or 13 neighbors to lift your bike on her side and dip the handles for you? Good luck with the pd, the levers sometimes can be a bit slick.

Lol. My neighbors even think about touching my bike, I will near kill 'em!!!! Grrrrrr.....

Ok, update on the plasti-dip..... removed it from the levers. Started peeling anyway, but also gave too much of a grip as well. Feathering the clutch was harder to do easily, as the lever needs to slide across the fingers... Oh, well.... learned on that one!!! lmao.
