Did a custom solo seat using the L&M pan. Used a black vinyl and 2" foam, shaved to form. Flows very nicely into the factory rear fender.

It puts you a little farther back on the bike, so your arms and legs stretch out just a little bit more. If I had to guess I'd say about an inch or so. It also sits you a bit lower to the ground which definitely took some getting used to. I used a pretty firm foam and it is thinner cushion than the factory seat. It's a little bit more rough over bumps, but the air ride still absorbs most of it.vicarc said:That looks extremely good!! How is it to ride on??

I used 3M industrial strength spray adhesive around the perimeter and a staple gun. Make sure you use shallow staples with a decent gun. The fiberglass was almost too thick.mx918mx said:That looks good man. Got mine in over the weekend but haven't covered it yet. What did you use to secure the cover to the pan?
