I installed the Star Solo seat (and fender rack) and figured I would give "y'all" a look and a quick review.

Personally - I think they could have done a better job with the styling of the seat - but then again based on what they did with the exhaust, I would guess they aren't too swift at blending lines. To get back on point here - the styling of the seat kinda stinks but it's not all that bad. I think it would be nicer looking if the back wasn't so tall and squared off looking.

It fits great, was super easy to put on and it rides great. I only have one long day trip on it so far but so far I like it. It seems to ride about the same height as the stock seat, but it's a tad narrower up front, so it actually lets me scoot forward and get a little closer to flat-footed when I stop (I'm 5'5" so I'm not flat-footed on this bike). It sits me a little farther forward, too and offers a little more lower back support.

Overall - I'm happy with it.

I posted this previously in the wrong section. Sorry! :-[

The flat back may have something to do with if you were to add a passenger pillion. I agree it is a bit flat, but overall it's pretty nice. I was impressed with the design on the seat as it almost has a custom look to it. Unfortunately Desiree doesn't get on her and post any pictures of her Stryker, so nobody gets to see it except me.

Has anyone else purchased these products? Any other real life reviews of them? I just got my raven stryker and am thinking about getting the seat and rack, just looking for a little more advice. Pretty please? And thanks :)
