For the cover shown below, the head of the bolt just above the "r" has a pin in the middle of it - where can you get a driver to remove this type of head?

Ive picked up bits for those at homedepot in the past, havent looked anytime recently. Last time i did it was a screw driver with removable bits that fit in the handle. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0026WMIV4/ref=redir_mdp_mobile this is what your looking for.

Just go by a dealership service department and have them take it out. This way you don't have to buy anything other than a replacement for the bolt.
