Quick fix- put 240 tire on when stock rear tire wears out. With stock stryker in 55 mph zone- if you stay below 60 on meter you won't be speeding.
11Stryker what brand model 240 tire are you running? Does anyone know much about the Pirelli Diablo? I found it on amazon for $172 with free shipping.11Stryker said:skwerlee said:wow this is the first I've heard of this! so all i need to do is switch to the 240 when my OEM one goes **** up and i'll be much more accurate than stock?11Stryker said:Stock stryker- speedo say 55, really only going 51. Yep Yep Yep!!
i hear ya man that's some bullshit. When i buy a brand new vehicle i expect it to be good to go right off the assembly line. I'm just going to put a 240 on it once the factory tire needs replacement. The Dunlop Elite 3 240 is actually cheaper than the OE 210 is.Deuce269 said:Just tested this tonight. Straight line highway showed ~65 mph on my speedo, friend in a car read me at ~58. Really depressing that we will have to do aftermarket stuff to a bike just to make it honest. :-\
