Adrenaline is great. The dude probably passed out 5 mins later. I've crashed, got up walked away like nothing happened only to almost faint a few minutes later.

I always think to myself how strange it is to see accidents when they hit a non moving object...but just goes to show ya it only takes a moment of lost concentration to put us into major troubles.
