Does anyone know if this is the correct part for the Tall quick release back rest?

Yes. The short and tall are the same pad. Keep in mind there is a pad that matches the stock seat and a pad that matches the upgraded seat. Not the same part number and a different design.

Sorry I'm confused. So this is the stock number 27D-F84B0-V0-00 for the pad for the quick release back rest?

That is the part number for the STANDARD PAD. Only the pad. It will fit on either one of the backrests.

The sissy bar does not come with a pad
