I'm not sure if this is the case for you, but when we first switched to this new forum, I ended sending the same message three time thinking it wasn't working... If you're going off of what's in your sent messages box, you have to go into the advanced settings and make sure you check the box that says "Save a copy of this message in your sent items folder".
