So i just bought my bike a few days ago :)

I LOVE the sound of 2 into 1 Exhaust, SOOO.... I have found none available thats affordable

SOOO...... I built my own. I do metal fab and such things, so this was cake. (and I specialize in custom exhaust ;) )

I forgot the Camera at my shop to load up a video clip. It sounds AMAZING!

I am willing to build the systems if anyone is interested. Super easy bolt on kit, flat black. I may look into chroming if anyone is interested in that route.

I am thinking $200 ish dollars . I know, its too cheap right?

Your stock lead pipes will be reused. All you do is take the rear muffler/bracket off and slip my bad boy on. probably a 15 minute Job!

I hate to tease people but I forgot the Camera to load the Video!

-Mega

Just for fun I am going to weigh the Stock vs My system. Its quite the difference!

I want to make a piece that comes together off to match the Factory shield.

I am open to options if someone wants the pipe angled up, or a chrome Tip, (I can leave a half inch chromed lip, no charge.)
I can also do a straight tip, non angled if someone wants that.

Yeah, thats the first pipe I built so its not perfect. I will have the end piece tig welded to look nicer.

I got a sound clip!!

The video doesn't do the Sound justice, but its not bad for a crappy camera.

The Pipe design is the same principle as what nuttie described.
Its a modified Glasspac with a tip on it. the tip that I used on this one also has a little sound deadener in it too.
I am able to do Same size pipe all the way back with a slashed tip if people want that. I am not a huge fan the pipe size to larger tip size, but it works great.

I also welded a bar to the back of the rear section inside so if a cop gets friendly with a night stick checking for baffles, he will hit a dead end. :)

It will be a few days before I can play with it again.

I would like to Make a piece that will blend from the factory heatsheild to the pipe. I have an idea of what to do, but havent had time to try it yet.

I am going to Build another pipe that will be the same diameter all the way back, see how that looks and sounds.

As for how much it costs, I don't mind the look. ;)

The weather has been crappy here, so I haven't even got to drive it with the pipe on!!!! I am super excited

So I put 60 miles on it today with the new pipe. WOW, It sounds amazing! If I didn't know any better, I would say I was driving a harley ;)

Its a pretty agressive V-twin sound, it will cackle and pop pretty easy. more pop than cackle haha. I will try and have a buddy film me as I drive by so you guys know how it sounds.

Hopefully I can play around with a trim piece, and I have another Design I want to toy with.
