Stryker Owner in Daytona Beach, FL

Hi guys!
I purchased my Stryker in February and have yet to see another one on the road down here in Daytona Beach. With 500,000 bikes here during Bike Week mine was the only one I have seen. Are these bikes rare and hard to come by? My local Yamaha dealer does not have them.

Welcome to the Forum. The dealer here has sold a dozen in the last 2 years. We had a 4 Stryker Ride at a poker run here a month or so ago.

Welcome from 50 miles south, the wife and I purchased 2 Stryker's last Oct. I have yet to see another Stryker besides our since we got ours. We did go to Bikeweek on the last Sunday due to our schedule this year and did not see any Stryker's either. Got on this forum shortly after and there is another Stryker in my area (on this forum) and have never seen him on the road. My local dealer Spaceport Cycles , said that they have sold several Stryker's. It's neat to have a somewhat rare? Bike.

Another welcome from So Cal. 8) They are little rare still it seems but tha'ts why everyone is getting all the attention when thye are out on the road. Since they just came out in 2011 and in a slower economy it seems Yamaha has hit a home run as they appear to be selling quite well. I have yet to run across one on the road here but I look everyday when on the road.

Haven't seen many -- any -- here in Northern Virginia...but I know they're lookers. Get used to bizarre compliments and tilted heads when you tell em it's a Yamaha! Welcome to the forum. Great place for an after-cruise.
