Forum guys or low and mean....

I was told that the wheels on the raider is exact same as the stryker. With this being said...then the custom wheels that rccomponents make should fit? Thanks for any replys.

Yeah....that would be cool if it would. What had me was the offsets if there are any.

The front tire size is same. and Looks of wheels are same. But not sure if rear wheel is same width.

If I'm not mistaken the Raider has dual front discs, so the hub portion would be different. It'd be nice to go to the duals but then you'd need another caliper,lower leg,and line??? Other than that, spacers?

Okies.....did confirm with Yamaha and a few other sources...the wheels are the same. Only difference is the dual front on custom wheels...you need to request a smooth hub for that side. This opens up alot of options as far as wheels go. BTW....with a 8.5" rear, you could even run a 260 rear with no mods!.... Just for those that are interested. Also talked with a guy at Performance Edge and he has the rear 300mm kit coming...hes just trying to get pricing down. So some good things coming down the pipe for the Stryker owners!!

What would be required to make that bad boy fit ? the fender wont be a proble because ive ordered the Low and Mean Fender, Thanks

Keep in mind that when you go with an 8.5" rear wheel.....that will make the tire
spread out.....may not fit in swingarm. Id check that before you pull the trigger.

Deja and Schimbo....I did call Matt at Performance Edge. He told me they tried the 260 on the 8.5 inch rim. He said that it did fit with no issues. He said that if you went 300 then of course it would require additional modifications.
