Have now idea how fast it is and it is bufugly. And I'm sure if you crack the throttle open to much it would just sit there burning rubber and probably flip over backwards because I'm thinking it would need a wheely bar. But if it would stay down you would think it get of the line pretty darn fast and do low 8ts or better in the 1/4 seeing as it's a full blown V8 on 2 wheels.immortal13 said:well, clearly it is obvious that it's ugly, but how fast is it? Looks like it would be slow off the blocks
Yes that's awesome. I was just reading an article the other day on the designers of the spoke less rims. Here is more v8 bikes for your enjoyment.SFCMcGan said:1 more tour in Afghanistan... and this baby is mine!!

Ya and the Vmax cheats ,it has 1 more cylinder and a higher compression ratio.MY said:Your probably right, but your comparing a crotch rocket to a cruzer. That's like comparing a Mustang or Vet to a formula one.
Depends on who you talk to whether they consider the VMax a cruiser or crotch rocketMY said:Your probably right, but your comparing a crotch rocket to a cruzer.
Given the choice between the two, I'd take the VMax.Toby said:You know I think it was the Yamy V Max that is actually much faster than the Rocket 111http://www.motorcycle-usa.com/10/7695/Motorcycle-Article/2010-Star-VMAX-vs-Triumph-Rocket-III-Roadster.aspx
Ya if I was to get something that ugly I'd go a bit uglier and get one with a v6 or v8.lol.dreadly said:Given the choice between the two, I'd take the VMax.Toby said:You know I think it was the Yamy V Max that is actually much faster than the Rocket 111http://www.motorcycle-usa.com/10/7695/Motorcycle-Article/2010-Star-VMAX-vs-Triumph-Rocket-III-Roadster.aspx
Had the opportunity to park the Raider because a Rocket ... they just aren't my style doesn't matter how fast they go - they are just a large ugly bike
