Ok so i received an email about Yamahas Y.E.S. "Yamaha Extended Service" Program and im wondering if its worth getting??
Whats Youd Thoughts On It?

I think its a good thing to have. I haven't purchased it yet going to wait til the very end of my 1 year warranty next year to get it.

I didn't buy it. I am not going to buy it. I understand the piece of mind though.
Me personally, I feel I can repair any part on my bike. I have confidence in this website and google, lol. If you choose not to buy the ext warr then have confidence in us. If you live close enough to me, bring it over. We'll split a six pack and fix it! 8)

I bought a 3 year Yes warrenty for $500 at time of purchase , I also paid cash for my bike.
However with the amount of mods I am doing that could jeperdize the warrenty.

I purchased the 3 year program. Simply because of the electronics and fuel injections. Give me a simple motor with a intake and carb and im good to go. When it comes to all the electronics and such I will leave that to the pros.

I bought the cheap plan. ONLY because I financed some of the bike. If something goes wrong I don't want a repair bill on something I'm still making payments on.

I'm an ASE certified auto tech at a dealership and I've seen plenty of problems with cars right off the truck.

i have a year from the date of purchase to buy it so i am waiting on getting my tax return then i am buying it... that way it will be under warranty longer than i will be paying for it.. lol...
