UPDATE: Help me get a Stryker ==> GOT IT

Hello all,

Here is my story :)
I have been a member for nearly two months now and was checking the forum even before that, since i decided to sell my ACE 750 to get a another bike, i looked for many available bikes but nothing seemed to deserve my money and be meet my needs except the stryker,

i wanted a water cooled engine, i wanted something around 1300~1500CC not more than that, i wanted a fat rear bike, i wanted a nice looking cruiser , i was about to get a Fury when i saw the stryker by luck and since then i have been dreaming about it.

But there are few points that were holding me from getting one, and thanks to God i was able to find a solution for all of them except one

Which is a major problem, that i am located in Egypt :eek:

i have did my best trying to get the bike from the local dealer who refused to serve me , and my only hope now is to import it myself , and i guess that the best price worldwide should be found in USA, right ?

So all i need is a little help to find a reputable dealer in USA that will agree to get the payment in cash using bank transfer, and ship the bike to me using sea or maybe air

check out Tejasmotorsports.com they're a sponsor on this website and they are the dealership that I use. They would probably be your best one to go with since they are located in the Houston area so shipping it out would be easy from the port of Houston. give them a call and see what they can do for you or email them

FINALLY i bought one few minutes ago , yahoooooooooooooooo

it might take around 2 months to reach me here in Egypt but at least i am officially a Stryker Raven owner

model 2011 with 1167 miles :)

i am thinking about doing the 600mile service there in the USA before getting it to Egypt to be sure that the bolts torque and the belt tension are set correctly cause i am not sure if anyone here in Egypt can do both correctly, also change the oil and its filter to be on the safe side just in case the first owner didn't do it

i am really grateful for this forum that helped me in making up my mind and getting the stryker

A Yamaha oil filter and any good quality motorcycle oil will work just fine.
