Hi Guys,

I have been doing a TON of research on every bike imaginable and have finally decided on the Stryker, so I joined the forum. I know, I know...technically im not a member yet but plan on being within the next calender year. I just had my second child on the 20th and had to get a larger suv for the wife. Which means that I have to ride my 97 virago 1100 for a little while longer.

That didn't stop me from going to a dealer in FT. Lauderdale and talking my way into a 2012 black Stryker out the door for 10,400.00, but then i began to think that maybe I should target a 2011 and save 2-3 grand. Plus when I am actually ready to buy maybe an additional 1-2 grand because the 2013's will be out. I just want to verify that the ony difference between the two years is color scheme and if anyones knows if any changes/upgrades are due for 2013?

Welcome. Don't worry we have many members who either don't have their Stryker yet, or don't own a Stryker at all and are riding some other piece of ****, like a Raider ;D ;D ;D ( Joke for some of our good friends) Nothing has change with the bikes at all except the color and dress with rim options. So look for your best price and the color you like and get it. Best buy you will ever make.

You guys are finding really good prices. I paid the full price for the blue one $11,240. before rebate, tax and license. shipping. and all the other little fees. And the dealer wouldn't budge. And that was only 2 months ago.

No the only one in northern California was in Redway a Raven. And when I ask them about a blue one he said he wasn't sure if there was any more So I went to Eureka and they had to search for one and have it shipped and assemble. Took them more than ten days for me to get it after I ordered it. That's why I got the corn cob on shipping. lol.

Yeah, they really wanted to sell one. I went on the 29-30th and they pulled the whole. " let me talk to my mgr". I was there about two hours and nearly pulled the trigger. But I know now that I should definitely be able the get a great price when I am ready.

Shop ONLINE! I live in Texas and bought my Raven new for $8500 from a dealer in Wisconsin. Dealership near me didn't wanna budge off of 10500 so I went to the internet. It cost me $600 to ship, but the savings more than made up for it. Transaction was a piece of cake.

I must have got a bargain then. $9000 for mine brand spanking new. Of course they added taxes on when I got it over here so I suppose it would only be a bargain for you.

Great idea immortal! Here in WI (and other northern states) alot of dealerships want to eliminate their summer motorcycle stock so they can get more snowmobiles and quads on the showroom floor for the winter season. I got mine at the tail end of the summer for just over 8000, plus I received an additional 500 in accessories

Bought mine in October last year and received it in November. IT was originally from Metrocycles in california. That is what it says on the MSO certificate. It is a 2011 blue one.

Since I live in FL. I will probably buy from a northern dealer and have it shipped down here. 2k is 2k no matter how you look at it. Or use it as a bargaining chip for one of the dealers here.
