with a fixed backrest, I don't see why it wouldn't work, but you might have to buy longer/ different bolts, can't comment on quick release backrest as I don't have one. Basically there's a spacer then the backrest and then the support bar on top of that.
Using different companies
So if you have Cobra saddlebag supports on your Stryker, then can you use a Yamaha backrest fixed or quick release with them?
